All possible care is given to your child during their time with us. Our staff all have working with children's checks and first-aid training. However, we can assume no liability for circumstances that are out of control. If you are unable to pick up/drop off the child in person, please let us know.
You agree to receiving future communications from us, including the occasional promotional material and news from us. You may opt out at any time.
From time-to-time, members of the media, including journalists and photographers, visit us during these programs. By signing up here, you consent to having your child photographed by our staff members or by 3rd party media, and for us to use the resulting photographs for marketing and media purposes, unless you expressly tell us otherwise. If you are uncomfortable with your child's photograph being taken, or photographs being used by our company or media, please notify us immediately.
Prices for our courses may change without notice, and can be changed under our discretion.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to refund fees paid to us. Refunds and cancellation periods are determined by the course you have enrolled in. Full refunds will be given if cancellations happen 7 days before course commencement date. Any refund requests thereafter will considered case-by-case.
When you sign up for a course, you agree to pay for it in full. We use third-party service providers, which offer various payment methods. Such payment methods could change. These 3rd party payment services may also charge booking/handling/merchant or otherwise fees. You are responsible for covering any of those costs if such should arise.
You may send us an email to dispute any charges to your account within 30 days of the charge. You agree to submit any disputes regarding any charge to your account in writing to Collective Campus within thirty (30) days of such charge, or your dispute is waived and such charge will be final and not subject to challenge. You may dispute a charge by sending an email to use at email@example.com.
